Labeling

“Whenever encountering a troublesome person, do not identify him as being cruel or stupid or rude or anything else like that. Instead, see him as a frightened person.” – Vernon Howard

This is so true. I am not always successful in not labeling people, but all of us are the same inside. We just wear what we think is armor for protection because we are afraid of being hurt, let down or disappointed again.
