“[It is time to]…take the journey of making very difficult decisions. Start removing things from your life that are not filling your cup & adding things that bring joy in to your life.” – Lisa Hammond.
I believe firmly that if you are not happy you have 3 choices: change your attitude, change the circumstance; or live with it. I will help with the first 2 choices, but I don’t want to listen to you complain about your life when you can do something about it.
Don’t worry, be happy. This is so true because only 8% of what we worry about ever comes true. So why not adopt the attitude of waiting to worry? You don’t start to worry until something is actually happening. Never worry about what might happen, just about what is happening.
“We did not change as we grew older, we just became more clearly ourselves.” – Lynn Hall
Miguel Ruiz says that we learn that it is safe to take off our masks and be who we truly are, instead of who we think that everyone wants us to be. What I know from experience is that it makes communication a lot easier!
“To achieve great things, two things are needed; a plan, and not quite enough time.” Leonard Bernstein, Conductor and Composer

I bet like me you have been thinking of what you want to happen in 2011. Even though we want to move forward, we sometimes have one foot on the break. Goals have a “work” feel to them. Too much like a to do chart that we check off. What if instead we kept a “Prosperity Progress” journal instead? Keep it like we are journaling our travels, with doodles, clip art, notating our progress. Some days we get to skip along and other days we wander a little to pick up needed items for the trip ahead. Doesn’t that sound fun?!
“Your vision will become clear, only when you look into your heart. Who looks outside, dreams. Who looks inside, awakens.” – Carl Jung
It is the difference between living the life that others want for you, or that you think makes the most logical sense, and living the life of your passions. Wake up & use the gift(s) you were given, so that the “music” that you were given to play is not lost to the world!
Why do they call it an alarm clock? It makes you think that you are waking up to an emergency, like the house is on fire! Why not rename it an opportunity clock? Think of all of the opportunities you are waking up for! You have the opportunity today to accomplish some of your goals, engage your passion, and just be plain joyous!
